A: Postage fees is calculated based on the weight of the items. Additional SGD$2.25 will be collected if Registered mail is chosen.

A: Payment can be made through ATM / Internet Banking to ShopaBerries' POSB/DBS/UOB account to your convenient.

Q: Can I pay by concealed cash?
A: Yes, you can to your own risk, because ShopaBerries would only send the items out upon receiving payment.

Q: Do you do meet-ups for collection?
A: Yes, but only if the total cost of orders is more than SGD$50 at the convenience of both Buyers & ShopaBerries.

Q: I'm a foreigners, Can i placed orders too?
A: ShopaBerries welcome oversea orders too.

Q: When will i receive my items?
A: For Local Mails, it's normally take 4-7 working days. For Oversea Mails, it will take about 7-14 working days after items is sent.
